Ww3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the ww3 platform. By registering or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

These terms apply to all users of the ww3 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility

By accessing or using the ww3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Use of the ww3 platform is restricted to individuals who:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling or betting activities;
Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Ww3 reserves the right to deny access or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ww3 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any refund of remaining balances.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for:

Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation;
Notifying ww3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.

Ww3 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials secure.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are prohibited from using the ww3 platform for any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful to other users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes or odds systems;
Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in betting;
Abusing promotions or bonuses with fraudulent intent;
Distributing harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any function of the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and where necessary, legal action.

3. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the ww3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other bank transfers listed during the deposit process.

Important information on payments and transactions:

Deposits: All deposits are final once credited to the account. No refunds will be issued for processed deposits except in technically verified situations confirmed by ww3.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process. ww3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Rollover requirement: Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is activated. Withdrawals related to a bonus may only be made once all wagering requirements have been fully met.
Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined by the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Fees: ww3 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own charges.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details registered to their account are accurate and held in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The ww3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ww3 accepts no liability for:

Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform;
Service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond ww3's reasonable control;
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
Data loss caused by device failure or the user's internet connection.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ww3 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of ww3 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ww3.

Third-Party Links

The ww3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. ww3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

5. Account Closure Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Ww3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document;
Confirmation that the user has provided false information during registration;
Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws;
A lawful request from the relevant authorities.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ww3 support team. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the fulfilment of any applicable rollover requirements.

Changes to Terms

Ww3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian law. By using the ww3 platform, you agree that jurisdiction over any legal action lies within Malaysia.
